Splurge: Senreve Maestra Bag.       Save: Matt + Natt Parallel Quartz Bag

Hi guys. I’d been on the hunt for a good handbag that also doubles as a laptop bag for a while before I stumbled upon this Matt + Natt Parallel Quartz bag (I wrote about it here). This handbag was a life changer for me. I can have all my handbag wants (cosmetics) and needs (smart phone, wallets etc) and still have plenty of room for my laptop and camera. And I just love the laptop padded pocket that keeps my laptop secured.

Then I recently bought this Senreve Maestra bag which also has similar inner room and compartments. I love that the Mastro looks more like a tradition handbag yet converts into a bagpack or computer bag as needed. Ancient are the days when I had to have a handbag and still lug my camera and laptop in separate bags. And as a bonus, the Mastero bag is made of Italian water-resistant leather.

I love both bag and they both work very well as handbags that double as computer bags. Would you splurge or save?

I love this quick dessert because it can be made in about two minutes. I made it recently when a close friend came over to our home for a quick visit. She only had a few minutes to spare because she was in transit to another town hence I made a quick sandwich and crowned […]

Mastering the language of vintage Levi’s can be exhausting. There are two many numbers to choose from. But here is the simplified version of the 3 most important things you need to know about vintage Levi’s jeans. The rest, really does not matter. Know that Levi’s 501 or 505 are the ‘it girl’ vintage jeans […]

I’ve had these suede Sam Edelman slippers for several years now. I like their plainness and they have served me well over the years, but a few days ago I decided to prettify them with some fabric paint and some iron on patches that I bought from Michael’s. Below is how I did it: ITEMS […]
